What data do we process?
Contact form. When you fill in the contact form, we process your name, email address, optionally your company name, and the content of your message. We use this data solely to answer your enquiry. Legal basis: performance of your request and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries. The form is processed by Web3Forms, a service that forwards form submissions to us by email and acts as a processor.
Website statistics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure, at an aggregate level, how many visitors our site has. This service sets no cookies, uses no local storage, and does not track you across other websites. Cloudflare briefly processes technical data (such as IP address, browser and device type, referring page) to build aggregate statistics, but does not store IP addresses to identify you personally.
Map display. On our contact page we show a map via OpenStreetMap (OpenStreetMap Foundation). When the map loads, OpenStreetMap receives your IP address in order to deliver the map tiles. OpenStreetMap does not set tracking cookies for this.
Hosting. This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages (Cloudflare, Inc.). Cloudflare processes technical log files for the security and delivery of the website.
Cookies
This website sets no tracking or marketing cookies. A cookie banner is therefore not required.
Retention
We keep contact-form messages for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and maintain our business relationship. Aggregate statistics contain no personal data.
Sharing with third parties
We do not sell your data. Data is only shared with the processors named above (Web3Forms, Cloudflare, OpenStreetMap) for the purposes described. Some of these parties are established outside the EU; they provide appropriate safeguards for international transfers.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase and restrict your data, as well as the right to object and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@expitisol.be.
